West Lodge was a bit of paradise, the calm and tranquility of the place and surroundings were perfect for relaxing and getting away from the overall stress of living in a very overcrowded part of the Midlands. The fact that the owners kindly allowed us to bring our dogs with us made the picture complete. We can heartily recommend both Hoseasons and West Lodge.

A beautiful, quiet location where you can relax and unwind. Many places of interest within easy reach and a bird-watchers paradise. We've now visited this cottage about 8 times and are returning later this year!

West Lodge proved to be a perfect holiday home starting with fresh flowers and a welcome note, the much appreciated tea and coffee provided in the kitchen and the wonderfully clean and well appointed cottage, with the perfectly safe garden for our 3 dogs which the owners kindly allowed us to bring. The peace and quiet of the location was perfect to get away from our busy stressful lives in the overcrowded Midlands, and as the weather was absolutely glorious we never really strayed far from the grounds and gardens. We shall certainly recommend this lodge to our friends and we shall want to come back again!

The cottage was very good. For peace and quiet it is unbeatable. The grounds and the cream teas at the house wsre a real bonus.
